Hydraulic cranes are essential heavy-duty machines designed for Heavy Weightlifting which are unable to do by human or other vehicles for  ( Shifting from ground to tower, moving from one location to others, lowering, big vehicle falls in digs and transporting heavy materials and machine across construction,, industrial, and infrastructure sites.

1.All-Terrain Cranes: High-speed mobile cranes

Design: Multi-axis steering for easy driving on highways and manoeuvring or handling the vehicle on challenging routes as show in fig -1.

2.Rough-Terrain Cranes: single-cab units featuring giant rubber tires Wheel and four-wheel as show in fig -2

3.Truck-Mounted Cranes: Cranes mounted onto standard commercial truck chassis as show in fig-3. , Quick relocates anywise specially in urban area and rapid disaster response operations.

Used /Application: Quick and ready for heavy lifting for one place to others specially for hight.

4.Crawler Cranes: Heavy-duty track loaders offer excellent lifting stability without the need for side stabilizers, although they require a trailer for transport between sites as show in fig-4. They are ideal for large, long-term construction projects, allowing them to be driven to a fixed location and handle heavy loads.

Used /Application: For Long -term construction or manufacturing or infrastructure project .

  • Lifting Capacities:

Range: 8-to-15-ton (for truck cranes)

And 400 to 1,200+ tons (for Crawler Cranes)

  • Engine Horsepower: Typically powered by heavy-duty diesel engines :250 HP to over 600 HP
  • Operating Consumption for medium size: 10 to 30 litters/hrs  of diesel.

And Road Transit: 40 to 80 litters/100 kms

  • If you want to new  Purchase Price: Middium to Large  range capacity mobile cranes (50–100 tons) Price: $300,000 to over $1,500,000 USD and small to medium price :15-65 Lakh
  • Rental Rates: Daily rental costs typically for small and medium size   $200 to $400+ USD, and heavy crane of rent: $1000 to $5000+ USD, or more.
